As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Jones has directed the financial actions of GC Services since 2012. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to examine and understand business needs and deliver comprehensive reports while exceeding stringent expectations. With over eighteen years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry, Mike has established a track record of documented contributions, leading to enhanced internal controls.
Prior to coming to GC Services, Mike served as a bank vice president, where he participated in many financial and operation projects – including the acquisition of a significant number of branches from a competing bank – and as partner of a public accounting firm, where he provided audit and consultation services to a wide variety of businesses.
Mike firmly believes in accountability and transparency on all levels, and has developed systems to effectively integrate reporting, budgeting and strategic planning in order to optimize company value, maximize cash flow and minimize risk.
It is the cornerstone of Mike’s philosophy that every task should be given its deserving amount of energy and focus. His passion for and commitment to leadership has developed top-performing teams who are collaborative, responsive and aligned to company objectives.
Mike has a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Houston, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
